Exercise Challenge: Do 30-45 minutes (altogether or split throughout the day) of steady-state, medium-intensity cardio.
Best I can say is that our daily walk in the heat, wasn’t fun wasn’t good but it was a work out to be able to get out and home without frying
Flexibility Challenges: At least 5 Minutes of Stretching after cardio
I always stretch before we walk and once we come home
Nutritional Challenge: If you eat out, go online and find a nearby restaurant that has their menu and nutritional information listed. Choose a healthy meal before you leave the house
We don’t eat out a lot and when we do we only tend to eat at places that I know the food mostly because we’ve eaten there before so I know how I will react to what I’ve chosen to eat. Got to love Allergies and sensitivities.
