Well finally got tested for various allergies … and well some I expected other I most certainly didn’t expect.
Turns out I am severely allergic to golden rod, and several other weeds which are very popular … sever enough that my arm swelled up like a balloon enough that the doc doing the testing was a little concerned because the swelling meant he couldn’t tell the results to the other tests on that arm.
Anyhow to make a long story short, allergic to soy, most fruits and all veggies which contain sulfate (which are a hell of a lot apparently) plus treated red meat and all fish, but not seafood.
Can one say the foods I can eat just when even further down .. seems like I’m allergic to more and more things as i get older .. grumbles
