Vegan Cabbage Roll Casserole

Extra Firm Tofu, 1 block
Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 1 large
Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Diced Tomatoes, 1 medium can
Spaghetti Sauce, 1 can

Chop up the raw cabbage and place a layer down on the bottom of your cooking dish layer on the diced tomatoes n tomato sauce.

Let stand as you cook up the tofu (you don’t have to cook the tofu, but browning it adds to the texture of the meal) and onion when ready combine the tofu n onion then add a layer to the dish.

Repeat with another layer of cabbage, diced tomatoes n sauce … step and repeat until everything is used up.

Put in oven at 350F and cook for 2 hours, serve with crackers, bread or what ever else you choose.
