The following Questions are taken from the DSMA Tweet Chat

Q1. thoughts on the words “diabetes support group”? if you could replace the word “support”, what would u replace it with?

Q2. What resources have you used to connect with others offline? I haven’t actually dun anything to connect with anyone or groups offline who have D

Q3. Were the resources helpful? Can’t answer because I’ve not used anything to connect with anyone as yet.

Q4. Would you be interested in starting a meet-up with people in area I think it might be a helpful deal to have, but the reality of the matter is as much as a good idea it might be the social dynamics related to getting one going in my area of the city just wouldn’t happen its to parent centric that I’d louse all interest in it in very short order.

Q5. What are some of the pros and cons of forming/starting a local meet-up? to parent centric which clashes with being childfree to the point that its not worth the hassles of being involved with any one who is a parent in any group deal because it ways sooner or later comes down to their kids and them bugging out for what ever child related reason that comes up.

Q6. Describe your ideal diabetes “support group”? what would you discuss? My ideal group is made up of childfree adults who are also type 2 with or without PCOS, to me the childfree part is important.
