Gluten-Free Fried Rice

Ingredients
Rice, 1 cup
Gluten Free Soy Sauce, reduced sodium, 1 tbsp
Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, slices
Directions
Cook the rice as you would normally would when its ready put it in the fridge for up to 24 hours (day old rice is the best to use for fried rice) – if not possible let it cool for a few hours till its no longer warm.
In a pan dice up your onions and get them going until they are a nicely transparent then add in what ever other veggies you are going to be using and warm everything though.
Get your rice and pour it over the veggies and mix things really well, when combined add the soy sauce and combine it well in short order once everything is coated you are ready to plate it and serve it.
