Turkey and Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
200g ground turkey (336 calories, 33g protein)
1/2 cup cooked quinoa (111 calories, 4g protein)
2 bell peppers (48 calories, 2g protein)
1/4 cup diced onions (16 calories, 1g protein)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (16 calories, 1g protein)
1/2 tablespoon olive oil (60 calories, 0g protein)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions until softened.
Add ground turkey, and cook until browned.
Stir in quinoa, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff mixture into bell peppers and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
