Baked Tilapia with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
