Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Cook oats in almond milk according to package instructions.
  2. Stir in protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Serve immediately.

Chicken and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts and vegetables on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
