Salmon Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 can salmon, drained
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
- Mix salmon, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon salmon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.

Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
- Toppings: sliced fruit, chia seeds, gluten-free granola
Instructions:
- Blend banana, berries, almond milk, and protein powder until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
