Lunch: Tofu & Chickpea Wrap
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup frozen peppers
- 2 gluten-free naan or tortillas
- 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Instructions:
- Air fry tofu at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Microwave peppers and chickpeas for around 2 minutes.
- Mix tofu, chickpeas, and peppers with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Serve wrapped in gluten-free naan or tortillas.
