Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  3. Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
