Q1) What are two ways that you use technology to assist you in your fitness journey?
I use a Pedometer to track my steps and I use various web sites to input the information that I track on the pedometer, plus I use various sites to give me ideas of what I am eating to help along the fitness journey.
Q2) What’s the one fitness technology you use daily that someone will have to pry from your cold dead fingers?
Q3) Are there any technological tools/resources that you feel your #fitblog friends should definitely be using to become even more effective/efficient bloggers (plugins. resources, etc)?
