#DSMA – Reading

DSMA LOGOIts been ages since I did a QnA with the #DSMA tweet chat hosted by @DiabetesSocMed – and seems I missed it yet again today, so found the Qs that where asked which from what it seems was more a fun day then actually D related so here’s my answers to the questions that where asked on twitter.

Q1: what’s your favorite children’s book? #dsma
Follow My Leader by James B. Garfield

Q2: what was the first book you remember reading on your own as a child? #dsma
101 Dalmatians was the first book that I remember reading on my own

Q3: what’s the first book you read as Child/adolescent that made you cry?
Follow My Leader

Q4: what book/books inspired you as a child/adolescents/teen? #dsma
Various books, though I do admit one book that really shaped a lot of things was a book I got from the Library about Canine For Independance it was about the organization and how they trained dogs to help those who needed them. It was one of those books that got me reading more and more books of different types, plus fostered my interest in training dogs in the assistance field. I’ve never gotten into the field, but its always been in the back of my mind since I was around 10 years of ate and having to deal with my mom being diabetic.
