Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until cooked through.
