Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until cooked through.
