Simple Creamy Coffee Ice Cream – Ninja CREAMi
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups flaxseed milk (unsweetened or vanilla is fine)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or brown sugar/date syrup — whatever you have)
- 1 ½ to 2 teaspoons instant espresso or strong instant coffee (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Tiny pinch of salt
- (Optional) 1–2 tablespoons plain plant-based yogurt or silken tofu
? Instructions:
- In a blender or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth — no grainy bits from the coffee.
- Pour into your Ninja CREAMi pint container. Seal and freeze for at least 24 hours, completely level.
- Spin it: After freezing, run it through the Lite Ice Cream function. If it’s crumbly, add 1 tablespoon flax milk and press Re-Spin.
- Adjust sweetness or texture if needed by adding a splash more milk or sweetener between spins.
