Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1/4 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
- Add crumbled tofu and turmeric. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
