Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts
Instructions:
- Rinse quinoa and combine with almond milk in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Serve with desired toppings.
