Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts

Instructions:

  1. Rinse quinoa and combine with almond milk in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
  3. Serve with desired toppings.
