Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix quinoa, almond milk, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a pot. Heat until warm.
  2. Serve with desired toppings.
