Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • Toppings: sliced fruit, chia seeds, gluten-free granola

Instructions:

  1. Blend banana, berries, almond milk, and protein powder until smooth.
