Lunch: Tofu & Chickpea Wrap

  • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 block firm tofu, cubed
    • 1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1/2 cup frozen peppers
    • 2 gluten-free naan or tortillas
    • 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Instructions:
    1. Air fry tofu at 375°F for 10 minutes.
    2. Microwave peppers and chickpeas for around 2 minutes.
    3. Mix tofu, chickpeas, and peppers with soy sauce and sesame oil.
    4. Serve wrapped in gluten-free naan or tortillas.
