Ingredients:
Gluten-free wrap
1/2 cup hummus
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
Handful of spinach
Instructions:
Spread hummus on the wrap.
Add cucumber, bell pepper, and spinach.
Roll up and enjoy.
