Hummus and Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Gluten-free wrap
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • Handful of spinach

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus on the wrap.
  2. Add cucumber, bell pepper, and spinach.
  3. Roll up and enjoy.
