GF Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, nut butter, honey, and protein powder in a bowl.
  2. Press mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
