Dinner: Air-Fried Chicken & Roasted Veggie Bowl
- Ingredients:
- 1 raw frozen chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Instructions:
- Air fry chicken breast at 375°F for around 18 minutes, flipping halfway (make sure to cook fully)
- Toss Brussels sprouts and peas with sesame oil and curry powder, then air fry at 375°F for around 10 minutes.
- Serve chicken with veggies over cooked rice.
