Flavor Vibe: Rich chocolate-peanut butter banana
Texture: Thick and creamy with a milkshake-like finish
Ingredients:
- 120g overripe banana
- 200g flaxseed milk or oat milk
- 20g Kraft smooth peanut butter
- 20g chocolate protein powder
- 2g vanilla extract
- 10g table sugar or maple syrup (optional, taste your protein powder first!)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth — make sure there are no lumps or undissolved coffee.
Pour into a Ninja CREAMi pint container and level the surface. Seal tightly.
Freeze flat for at least 24 hours.
Spin using the Lite Ice Cream function.
If crumbly, add 15–20g (1–1.5 tbsp) flax milk and press Re-Spin once or twice until smooth and creamy.
Optional: Add 10g chopped peanuts or crushed GF cereal after spin for texture
