Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
