Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
