Banana Coffee Bliss – Ninja CREAMi
Ingredients:
- 2 small or 1 large overripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup flaxseed milk (unsweetened or vanilla works)
- 1–2 teaspoons instant coffee or espresso powder (adjust to strength)
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional — depends on your sweet tooth and banana ripeness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- (Optional) dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra warmth
Instructions:
- Mash the banana well, then mix with all remaining ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender until very smooth. No lumps or coffee clumps!
- Pour into your Ninja CREAMi pint, level the top, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Spin using the Lite Ice Cream function.
- If it comes out crumbly (which banana-based ice creams sometimes do), add 1 tbsp flax milk and hit Re-Spin.
