Ingredients:
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place tilapia fillets on a baking sheet. Arrange cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper around the fish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay lemon slices over the fish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until fish is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
