Pork Chops with Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 pork chops
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pork chops and vegetables on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Turkey and Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 grilled turkey breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced nuts of your choice
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix spinach, turkey, nuts, and cranberries in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
