The gym

Well its been close to two months that I have been hitting the gym and my thys, calfs and biceps have all gotten bigger .. chuckles, the scales not moving, but the tape measure is in those areas, but staying the same else where.

I am enjoying going to the gym, though I will admit of late its been getting harder and harder to go as often as Id like to do so, just lacking the motivation to get there, I get there a min of twice a week for personal training, but otherwise i’ve been slacking … sighs, i’ve just not been able to get my back side in gear to get there to work out, I think i might have just been hitting it once to often and did a little bit of burnout or something.

Oh well, the slump will pass and I’ll get back into my deal, its just a matter of time.
