Dinner: Air-Fried Chicken & Roasted Veggie Bowl

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 raw frozen chicken breast
    • 1/2 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
    • 1/2 cup frozen peas
    • 1/2 cup cooked rice
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Instructions:
    1. Air fry chicken breast at 375°F for around 18 minutes, flipping halfway (make sure to cook fully)
    2. Toss Brussels sprouts and peas with sesame oil and curry powder, then air fry at 375°F for around 10 minutes.
    3. Serve chicken with veggies over cooked rice.
