Dinner: Pulled Pork & Cabbage Bowl
- Ingredients:
- 3 oz pulled pork
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp vegan lime yogurt
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Instructions:
- Heat pulled pork according to package instructions
- Microwave shredded cabbage with sesame oil and curry powder until desired tenderness.
- Serve over rice and top with vegan lime yogurt.
