Dinner: Air-Fried Chicken & Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 raw frozen chicken breast
    • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp curry powder
    • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • Instructions:
    1. Air fry chicken breast at 375°F for 18 minutes, flipping halfway (cook longer as needed)
    2. Toss Brussels sprouts with sesame oil and curry powder, then air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes.
    3. Serve chicken and Brussels sprouts over cooked rice.
