- 1 can salmon, drained
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
