Salmon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Mix salmon, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Spoon salmon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
