Ingredients:
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine beans, bell pepper, and red onion in a bowl.
