Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1/4 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
  2. Add crumbled tofu and turmeric. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
