Q2) How do you foster a healthy food relationship?
When it comes to my family its not a big issue keeping healthy food in the house since we both enjoy it a great deal over junk food.

I eat as healthy as possible as a result N also eats healthy because I’m doing so.
Q4) What are your family’s favourite healthy snacks? Meals?
We both enjoy Hummus and carrots, salads, vegi pasta and other assorted deals.
