Breakfast: Tofu Scramble with Gluten-Free Toast
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1/4 cup frozen peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 slices gluten-free bread
- Instructions:
- Breakup the block of tofu in whatever method you like best that its crumbly and heat in the pan (you can use oil if needed/wished)
- add the peppers, onions, and sweat them down with the tofu
- add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and curry powder as a finishing touch and combine well
- Toast the gluten-free bread and serve with the tofu scramble.
