Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries

Pork Chops with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
