30-Day of Fitness Challenge – Day 3

Active Challenge – Park in the furthest parking space from the door
Not possible because we didn’t need to go any where today that required the use of the car … sides when we go places we always park away from the door because getting a place close to the door is next to impossible side the further away you park the better parking spots there are.

Exercise Challenge – Spend at least 5-10 Minutes doing the following exercises: Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Oblique Crunches, Modified Plank, Dead Bug, Back Extensions, OR, any one of a number of Ab Workouts that are out there to do.
I didn’t do any of these and I’ve not found any actual Ab workouts that I can do fully as yet so

Flexibility Challenges – Do at least 5 (or more) reps of the following yoga exercises anytime throughout the day: Cat Stretch, Forward Fold, Bridge, Downward Dog to Upward Dog, Or any form of Yoga that you are comfortable doing.
Did 30 minutes of yoga from what I have on the Wii system

Nutritional Challenge – Eat one meal or snack with no distractions – no TV, reading, driving, conversation, etc.
Not possible since meal time here is family time for catching up on the day events and what have you. Though there are times while eating that we’re not talking, but I find that the more talk there is during eating the longer it takes to eat the meal in general.

Mind/Body Challenge – Set a worry appointment
I have 100% no idea what a Worry Appointment is, so no idea how to do this part of the challenge

Record your workouts and meals in your journal
Yes and like all things will post it here once I get an extra chance to do so

If you haven’t completed some of the things on this checklist, make a note of what you still need to do and when you’ll do it. If you did complete all the assignments, write down what you found the most challenging and why. List any other tasks you’d like to accomplish in addition to or instead of the challenges listed above.
