Yes it has been a while since I last touched the measuring tape, so for the start of the new year I felt that it was time. Had I made any progress or had what I had last lost been put back on? That was the question that I needed to answer for myself, had I undid the past inches lost or had I added to those inches that where lost? Well the truth is below and in some areas I am pleasantly surprised by the progress that I have made in the years since I started this weight loss journey, I might be up here and there from the last time I measured myself and in my core I am up from what I was, but from an all over perspective I’m down more then I was, so it is all good to me.
