Took my second dosage of the 30 mg and so far so good it seems. I’m a little more dizzy then I have been but nothing that is interfering with much of anything (just turning around fast – which is nothing new to me).
No brain zaps or other withdrawal issues that I’ve read about, the most common side effects of Cymbalta withdrawal are…
* Brain zaps – electric shock-like sensations in head
* Body zaps – electronic shock-like sensations in body (not in head)
* Extreme mood swings
* Agitation and/or irritability
* Aggression
* Nightmares and/or sleep disturbance
* Confusion
* Diarrhea
* Vertigo
* Dizziness and/or light-headedness
* Headache and/or migraines
* Nausea and/or vomiting
* Excessive sweating
* Memory and concentration difficulties
* Suicidal thoughts (ideation)
* Suicide attempts
* Self-mutilation
* Hallucination and/or sensory disturbances
* Tremors
* Seizures
* Fatigue
* Lethargy
* Flu-like symptoms (abdominal discomfort, weakness, etc.)
So I’m still hopeful that I’ll not have issues taping off of this stuff, but like all things only time will tell how it goes.
