Weight Loss and Carb/Calorie Counting

It has been a while since I last posted posted anything to this section of my blog. I am still on SparkPeople and still using it for the past 9 years (soon to be 10 years – oi how time goes bye).

I’m not as far down on the weight loss side of things as I would have liked to be. I’m no where near my goal weight that I posted about close to a decade ago. I’m half way there and have been suck at the half way point for a few years now which is annoying to say the least.

I’m still tracking my Carbs and Calories daily so I can take the right amount of insulin. I’m currently battling with a few health issues that are effecting my life.

The yo-yoing of my weight isn’t helping, my Calories in vs out is in a good range (as in burning more then I take in). Though I am still having issues getting over 1,200 in a day. I do get more then 1,200 in but my average is still 1200 in a day so yes at times I’m just hitting the min of calories.

For the start of 2016 I’ve only taken 2,643 calories that is only 881 calories a day average. NOT GOOD for a intake, not when I’ve burned 1,748 just for the walking that I’ve dun in the past three days. I’ve on average burned around 582 calories a day from walking, yet I’m not hungry.

Will post updates and try to share some food logs along the way, post more as time passes take care everyone.
