Balance Ball Exercises for Beginners
Well balance call stuff can be interesting this vid .. ummm snooze will .. doesn’t make me wish to buy the DVD of it, in any way shape or form .. to boring from the clip shown to me to even stick with it. Then again I like what I do now on my own…
