The Nature of Personal Reality

.) What exists physically exists first in thought.

.) You are not at the mercy of unconscious drives, unless you think you are

.) If you do not like your experience, then you must change the kind of messages you are sending; through your thoughts, to your own body, to friends, associates and the world.

.) YOU are the creator of your own experience. As soon as you recognize this fact, you can begin at once to alter those conditions that cause you dismay or dissatisfaction.

.) No one forces you to think or feel in any particular manner.

.) Only when you refuse the responsibility of creating your environment do you find yourself at the mercy of events which SEEM out of your control.

.) You project your thoughts, feelings and expectations outward from yourself, the perceive them as „external‰ environment.

.) When it seems as though others are observing you, you are actually observing yourself from the stand point of your own thought projections.

.) There is nothing in your external experience that did not originate from within you.

.) YOU create your own reality.

.) You are NOT limited. There are NO barriers or separations of self.

.) Your emotions follow your beliefs.

.) Look around you. Your entire physical environment is the materialization of YOUR beliefs. Your sense of joy, sorrow, health or illness are also caused by your beliefs.

.) If you believe that a given situation should make you feel a certain way (happy, sad, etc.) then it will, and the feelings you feel will reinforce the situation or condition you are in.

.) Within you lies the ability to change your ideas about your reality and about yourself, to create a personal living experience that is fulfilling to you.

.) Your conscious beliefs direct the functioning of your body.

.) You CAN alter your beliefs.

.) The creative power to form your own experience is within you right now.

.) Listen to your train of thoughts as you go about your day. What suggestions are you giving yourself?
