Day 17 of the 30 Days of Diabetes, todays question is Has being diabetic gotten you any privileges? (scholarships, special treatment, etc)
Well I know for having surgery I’m early on the list because you can’t eat or drink or what have you before surgery – which isn’t great for a diabetic so it’s enabled me to get into surgery before I might other wise have dun so.
Other wise I can’t really think of any what that its helped me in my general day to day life or what have you, if anything at times its hindered things.
