Well I do support the government in this area, saftey trumps religion … but if the bloke wishes to ride without a helmate then maybe increased insurance should be applied to him and if he gets into a collision and is killed no charges can laid against to there person regardless of who is at fault since a helmate could well save his life (maybe not, but the possibilities are there).

Kind of a hard line to take one way or the other depending on how you look at it from various points of view.
