Well its a first in about 5 months of testing but when I woke this morning my morning Blood Glucose reading was mmol 9.4 … compared to my normal morning readings between mmol 10.4 and mmol 12.8 (for you americans this translates into about 187.2 and 230.4, thus morning was about 169.2).
Yes its not where it should be for the morning reading, but since I’ve not been even close to the early 9s in about 5 months its an improvement by far.
