@CarlaRose P90X is a workout program on 12 DVDs that has yoga, weight listing, cardio and what not a part of a program you follow to tone up #
@CarlaRose in basics P90X is an exercise/training/workout/weight loss/get ripped/bodybuilding/fitness programs for both men and women. #
@CarlaRose my balance isn’t great to start with – i hav a fused neck to shoudlers so it leave me off balance but i adapt the P90X to work #
@CarlaRose well at least you don’t let it interfear with working out to start with, that is the main thing #
@CarlaRose ouch, no fun. but like all thing keep moving and what else you can do to stay active #
@CarlaRose lucky you i’m not alllowed to use hand weights yet, have to use the bands instead which don’t offer much resistnace to me #
well am up, ended up getting up at 8am when Rusty said he had to go out … so I managed about 4 hours of sleep if I was really lucky #
we just got back from “Flee Market” it was differnt never paid to go into what I use to think of as a free deal – though 2 a head not bad #
I don’t like the idea of paying to go into such a deal and the fact that it was a dog free zone was not good prefer child free zone instead #
When we got back to the car, Rusty was in the back seat fast asleep and thankfully the car was cool so he was not over heating as I feard #
We stopped off at 7-11 to get him one of his slushies that he so loves, and when we got back to the care Rusty was calling shot gun #
Well going out to help Norman clean up his dog run – that his sister is on his case to do cause its not been cleaned since he went up to CAD #
@CarlaRose yes they didn’t allow dogs into the area at all – first time I ever ran into that fence, am use to them allowing dogs #
@CarlaRose again that is new to me, all the local farmers markets that I have ever been to in Canada allow dogs, there is no resitrctions #
We were not able to get the A/C unit that we wonted had to go with a celling fan instead – cause his mom said no to getting the a/c unit #
later today we are going to petsmart to see if the schnauzer is in that is listed on the adoption centers web site as needing a forever home #
morning everyone, or afternoon as i see its noon for those in the EST time zone … lol #
well for once I actually slept in while here in all the time Ive been here this is a first and what do I get for it a BG level of mmol 9.9 #
sighs, I really do need to get back into testing more often then I have been – but without the funds to get more I’m scared to do so #
@CarlaRose again? wow I’ve been running that program non stop since the 21st and its yet to crash on me .. what ya putting it though? lol #
@CarlaRose that is the thing, the mall had sears, Kmart, Eagle Outfitters, JCPenny, and about 30 other shops that I dont rembr the names of #
@CarlaRose lol, sears is the only one I’ve ever shopped at eagle is the only one I listed there that i know of is in canada the other arnt #
Most of the malls I am use to going to have about 50 or more shops in them, and are on a min of two levels one is 4 levelss #
@CarlaRose nope sears is still going strong, at least it is in Canada, can’t speak for in the US if there is one shop there is likley others #
@CarlaRose metro area, what does that mean? in Canada I live in the countries largest city over 8 million people #
@CarlaRose at home I walk everywhere, because its convente to do so and very inconvenant to drive or take transit less really have to #
@CarlaRose ah alright, never heard that term used before. Guess that is similor to what the Gereater Toronto area is that pop is over 15 mil #
@CarlaRose wish it was that way in the springs though, but its not have to drive just about everywhere not fun at all when use to walking #

just got back from the mall that Norman promissed to take me and lets put it this way i thought an US mall would be more populated. #
@CarlaRose I thought it would be more populated because all the malls i’ve ever been to have high traffic, even at low point of day many ppl #

well yesterdayI actually managed to have my first “fast food” eat out without getting will afterwards – had japanes from the mall #

Well that was fun, we took his nephu to go see witch mountain – prity good cost 1.50 per person can’t beat it, total cost with food 12.00 #
morning everyone, well I’m awake and he’s no where in sight. I have no idea where Norman is save that he is not here in the apt with me #

well morning, its 20 to 9am and once again I forgot to test my BG levels before breakfast … for that matter forgot to test before bedtime #
well i know its the wrong time of day to hit the scale, but we got a digital one that goes up to 300 pounds so we hit it, i’m down 2 him 9 #

we just came back from seeing a person who is trying to find a home for his dogs, but after we saw the dog we decided not to go with him #
Its offical, he still wonts a large dog, but now understands that a smaller/medium size pup would be in our best deal in the long run #
wow youtube now has full length movies and tv eps to watch – such as forever knight, start trek Orginal series, astro boy, and others #

morning BG level was mmol 11.5 or something like 205 a little high yes, but I didn’t fast all night I did get up a few times for milk #

well we just got back in from a short trip to the dollar shop for him to pick of a job app plus a few house hold items we needed #
I do not know in full what we have planned for the day, since nothing is planned really. But I do know in 7 hours time we start our shifts #
we just got back from a Terrotory Day festival in Old Colorado – it was interesting though wet street event. #
@CarlaRose they wouldn’t if they were my eyes I have my monitor set to the max that it will let me to give me the most screen usage, lol #
well its been one full day in the springs, it was alright – a little wet and rainy in general but at least it was not sweltering #
I have no idea of my BG levels for the past 24 hours as I’ve so NOT tested as I should have it sliped my mind as did taking my insulin grrrz #
one thing that is ticking me off is that trying to get the high potassium that I am use to eating is not so easy here as it is in Canada grr #
sighs, seem shim getting work right away like he’d been told he would is out the window – on to job hunting in the springs for him … sighs #

welll I am now in Colorado Springs, with Norman. Great flight down from Canada time passed rather fast and we watched Dog Hotel the inflight #

@mklprc i got CS2 from a nabour who happened to have his old copy around (lol, he’d changed over to windows so didn’t need the mac version #
got to love wifi enabled laptops. no set up needed to connect it to a local area network that is wifi enabled! woot no ethernet needed ! #

One thing is for sure, I still do not like the actor chosen to play spock but other then that it was a very good movie to say the least #
it was cool that the orginal spoke was also part of the movie – good kicker as well … though not sure how this changes the time line #

I have no idea where I am going to get the funds to buy photoshop before I head down to the US .. got 48 hours till I leave! #
Bleep, bleep and bleep some more – I know I needed the laptop for going down to the US – but this is an snag that was so NOT expected yet #
from what I read, i need a min of CS3 of photoshop to run on leopard, that anything lower is no longer 100% supported so might naught work #
Well took Norman to see the fireworks down at the beach, and yes he did enjoy them from what he said – just wish Id getten some shots oh wel #
did a good amount of walking today – 14,230 steps of which 12,043 were acrobatic for 116 minutes, burned 1,388.44 calories and walked 15.8km #
@mklprc then how? I’ve tired everything to get Photoshop 7 running on my brand new G5 MacBook white running the latest version of lepoard #
@mklprc I do not have any of the CSs photoshop 7 is the oldest version I own (yet ID 2 runs just fine without issues – go figure) #

well just came back from getting my hair cut within an inch of its life – yes this is what I do every summer so that my hair is 100% short! #

did my levels just over 2hr after dinner and 6 units of insulin only to find my levels down at 6 mmol … own from mmol 8.7 before dinner #
Not feeling that well … the migrans holding in there and not getting better, light and sound sensitive, yet i have to be online for work #

downloaded a few dashboard widgets to try put to see if I really wish to load them on the laptop or not, wish the LTcame with more HD space #

Trying to find flights down to the US within our price range is annoying – did have a good deal, then when we went to pay it we lost out #
