TMI Tuesday – In The Bedroom

1. Do you have “your” side of the bed? Which side?
Yes we have his and her side of the bed in general, my side is the left side of the bed

2. How old is your pillow and what condition is it in?
I have no idea how old my pillow is, but its in good condition (not falling apart and still firm)

3. What is your favorite position to sleep in?
On my side – but no preferance for which side as I toss and turn between them as my body makes me do so … but I do like spooning with N as much as possible

4. How often do you change your sheets?
Every other week for the primary sheets and once a month for the secondary

5. What helps you fall asleep when insomnia strikes?
Apple Cider has one of those effects on me that says slllllleeeeepppp just a few sips of it and well my brain is ready to go to bed if not by body at the same time.

6. Does sex make you sleepy or energized?
Depends on the type of sex taking place and when its happening as to if it does one or the other

7. What is the minimum amount of sleep that you need to be functional the next day.
I can function to a small degree on 2 or 3 hours of sleep, but it wont be for the full day by any means – Id be good for about 6 or so hours of work then I’d start making mistakes and having other issues going on.
